I purchased a home through Kristy Montinelli and when I arrived from Maine for the closing,I wasn’t even offered a walk through and she was to busy to do the closing so she had someone else do it, after closing it came to light that the seller breached the selling contract and removed bed and furniture from the home and hid undisclosed damage,the agent said she would get a bed for me but its been over a month and she doesn’t reply to my messages, totally unhappy with agent and wouldn’t recommend to anybody,UNPROFESSIONAL!! I recently bought a condo in Daytona Beach. Cora Innes was my realtor. She was excellent. She helped me find the condo that was right for me. She took the time to go look at all the different condos that I was interested in. She was able to face time me with her phone while I was in Massachusetts where I live full time. She was able to find out or figure out any and all questions that I had. I was lucky to have her. I would definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends. She is very good and is even a better person.
